KZN Athletics League meeting

On Saturday, 28 January, 32 of our athletes took part in a KZNA SYYJSM League meeting at the Msunduzi Athletic Stadium. In spite of a scorching hot day, the athletes performed very well.

They brought home eight 1st places, ten 2nd places and eleven 3rd places. Our first places were: Sasha Harris and Jayda Vezasie in javelin; Tania Mandiwanzira in discus; Abongile Tenene in hammer throw; Snemihle Zongola in shotput and Refengkgotso Setloboko, Robyn Williams and Lorenzo Rorke in high jump.

Vision

It is our aim to develop, or help develop, a well-balanced individual, with the ability to apply the values he/she has acquired in the daily classroom situation. We strive to perform our duty in the knowledge that we are shaping young people who will, in the future, carry the responsibility for the survival of our nation. This demands the development of all aspects of the child’s being – namely academic, cultural, religious and sporting.
