Soccer season off to a flying start

On Thursday, 27 July, the 1st team boys played their first game of the season against Focused. The game was played at a high intensity with many opportunities for both teams. Unfortunately, the game ended in a stalemate of 1-1 after the final whistle.

On Saturday, we took part in the St Patrick's College 1st Boys & Girls Soccer Tournament.

The girls went on to win the tournament playing 6 games, drawing 1 and winning 5. They scored 13 goals and conceded just 1. Rightfully, the goalkeeper of the tournament was Abongile Tenene. Well done girls, we are so proud of you. You kept the KEHS flag flying high!
The 1st boys soccer were drawn in a tough group and had mixed fortunes.
