SP PRIZEGIVING - 2022
Our annual SP Prizegiving was conducted on 25 October. It was such a pleasure to operate without the stringent Covid restrictions that have marred such grand occasions in the past couple of years.
A packed hall witnessed numerous children being recognised for their significant and considerable achievements in sport and academics.
Special prizes were awarded to Daniel Steyn and Oreboloke Moorosi for obtaining U12 provincial Colours in Rugby and Tania Mandiwanzira and Oratiloe Ramabitle for Sportsperson of the year. Keabetswe Matlali received the prestigious James Freemantle award for Good Fellowship.
The highly anticipated announcement of Monitors for 2023 was made: The Head Monitors are Daniel Steyn and Mieke Jacobs, and the Deputy Head Monitors are Khumo Qhu and Miné Enslin. The Monitors are; Alizwa Bubu, Dareece Chetty, Lumko Dingindlela, Maya Geldart, Jordan Jansen, Tlotla Lenaba, Onalerona Machaea, Ophola Sonjica, Layla Thurston, Hayley Viviers, Michaela Young, Quinlan Gunkel, Ngcali Matheza, Oreboloke Moorosi, Iviwe Moyo, Luthando Mxhosa, Moundain Saliwavikwa and Luphumlo Sonjica.
