HS Sports vs St. Patrick’s
Our High School learners brought their best to the field on April 30th, challenging St. Patrick’s in a thrilling series of matches.
Our u/16 netball team dominated with a 40-0 victory, followed by a solid 34-3 win for our 1st netball team. While our u/16 hockey girls’ ended in a draw, we secured a narrow 1-0 victory in the 1st hockey team fixture. In rugby, we showed our strength with victories in both age categories, with our u/15’s winning 21-12 and the 1st team triumphing 26-5.
The matches displayed talent and determination from both sides, with KEHS emerging as the standout performers of the day.

HS Sports vs Amanzimtoti
The showdown against Amanzimtoti on Friday also saw KEHS teams asserting our dominance. In netball, the u/16 squad triumphed with a score of 21-17, while our u/16 hockey team won 1-0. Our u/14 rugby team was victorious, 24-19, but our u/16 rugby team faced a loss of 10-0. Our 1st rugby team swiftly redeemed the honour with a commanding win of 46-10. Our structure and discipline was most impressive. What a pleasure to have such respectful and dedicated learners who thrive under the expert guidance of their coaches.
KEHS 1st Netball vs SPC
KJS u/7 – u/11 Hockey & Rugby Festival
The momentum didn't falter as KEHS teams descended upon the KJS Rugby and Hockey Festival. In u/7 hockey, KEHS achieved success over UPS and KPS2, but lost against KPS1. The u/8 hockey team had victories over KJS2 and SPC, and lost against KJS1. Meanwhile, our u/9 hockey team encountered mixed results, with a win against Bergview but lost against UPS and KPS. Our u/11 team dominated their matches, beating UPS, SPC, and KJS2.
Turning to the rugby field, our u/7 team won against RCA and KJS2, but lost against UPS. The u/8 team was victorious over KPS2, SPC1 and KJS. Our u/9 team drew against KPS, but beat UPS. The u/11 rugby team further strengthened KEHS' success with wins against St Mary's and KJS.
We would like to thank KJS for arranging this enjoyable festival.
